Gimnazija Antuna Vrančića, named after the renowned 16th-century Šibenik native Antun Vrančić, offers a well-rounded educational environment. The school is staffed by a principal, 53 teachers, three professional associates (a pedagogue, psychologist, and librarian), and 10 other administrative and technical employees. They strive to create a student-centered atmosphere with five high school programs: science-mathematics, science, language, general, and classical. Annually, around 450 students are enrolled across 22 grade departments.

Students have the opportunity to choose from various optional subjects, such as Portuguese, Italian, German, Mathematics in everyday life, Pharmacy and Botany, Meteorology, and Climatology. The school is equipped with modern biology, chemistry, physics, and informatics labs, two sports halls with a mini gym, and classrooms featuring computers, projectors, or interactive whiteboards. The beautifully decorated library, with its extensive book collection, serves as a cozy corner for students and an amphitheater for extracurricular activities and school events.

Emphasizing the promotion of various fields such as STEM, cultural and historical heritage, sports, and music, the school engages in activities like the National Science Festival, EU Code Week, World Space Week, Mathematics Night, and eTwinning projects. It also organizes museum visits, themed trips, and marks significant historical dates. The Vrana music event, an annual highlight, showcases young musicians and bands from the school and beyond. Many events have a humanitarian aspect, with all collected funds donated to charity. The school also prioritizes recognizing students' educational and sports achievements, awarding annual prizes to the best students in each grade and to teachers on School Day.
