The session began with partner introductions, where each institution presented its expertise, background, and previous experience with Erasmus+ projects. This provided the group with a clear overview of the diverse strengths and knowledge within the consortium. A key point on the agenda was the review of the project evaluation. The partners discussed the feedback received and agreed to adopt the reviewers’ recommendations. In particular, the group decided to include a new scenario related to environmental sciences, which will enrich the project’s design dimension. Regarding the association criteria, partners agreed that email and OneDrive will serve as the main communication tools, while WhatsApp will be reserved for urgent matters and meeting preparations. The meeting also covered the agenda for the Kick-off Meeting (KOM), scheduled to take place in Burgos, Spain, in February 2025. The program will include working sessions, cultural activities, and opportunities for networking. The online session concluded with the confirmation of travel and accommodation details, and with great enthusiasm for the next stages of the project.
