During the session, UBU, ITsART, GAV, and JYU each presented the content of their assigned scenario in a 15-minute presentation, sharing storylines, characters, and educational goals. This allowed all partners to gain a clear view of how the different scenes will contribute to the overall narrative of the VR experience. Following these presentations, 4Experience assessed the technical feasibility of the proposed scenarios and provided initial feedback to ensure their compatibility with the VR platform. The meeting concluded with a collective discussion, where all partners shared comments and suggestions to refine the scenarios. This collaborative exchange ensured that the stories remain both engaging for students and aligned with the project’s pedagogical objectives.
