Fourth Online Meeting: Final Scenario Review and Project Planning

Final Scenario Review Siglo22, Kveloce, and UBU presented the final versions of the scenarios, incorporating all previously agreed modifications. Only minor improvements and remarks were suggested to ensure the content is fully polished. Project Updates Branding and promotion plan (Siglo22) was finalized. Validation protocol with the expert panel (UBU) was shared, with all partners agreeing to collect evidence and submit it in PDF format. Quality & Impact Report (Kveloce) and risk management report (GAV) were reviewed. Next steps Partners also planned for the Translational Project Meeting (TPM) in Poland, November 2025, confirming key responsibilities and agendas.  The meeting ensured that scenarios, validation, and dissemination plans are aligned, paving the way for successful project implementation.
